		<description>I wasn&#039;t referred to the support forums, but they were semi-helpful. I find that on the phone they tell me to use contact us or just keep me on hold forever. I&#039;m loosing interest in big G fast.</description>

		<description>The live-support is very useful as the representative gives fast responses. It was there before but the problem is that somehow I don&#039;t always see it on the page. Maybe they remove it or re-add it. Other than that, they do usually refer you to the support forums.</description>
