Well today I was going through a campaign and hovered over a  ? and noticed that Google have live support using Live person! What they cover, I don’t know because it doesn’t say. But I’m assuming they’re the equivalent of the phone reps, or they are the phone reps.

To get to them, you need to go into your campaign, into the keywords tab. Then in the olive bar where the totals are it should save ‘Content network total’ and next to it, the ? should be there. Hover over that and you should see a button like this one: Chat now Click that and a window should pop up. Fill the form in, and the software will connect you to a rep. Then just ask away. Remember not to abuse this or google will get shitty with you.

In other news, my LCD has a huge smear/burn in it down the side. I phoned Samsung support after filing a problem online using their support. They replied within the day and told me to call. When I called, they issued a reference number, asked me the problem and arranged for a swap! I should get a call to confirm when my new monitor will be here, and I just give the courrier the old one, and he will give me the new one. Good stuff Samsung! I’ll upload some pics of the new one when it gets here. But just to warn you, it’s nothing special and the model is pretty old now (920N).

The live-support is very useful as the representative gives fast responses. It was there before but the problem is that somehow I don’t always see it on the page. Maybe they remove it or re-add it. Other than that, they do usually refer you to the support forums.

I wasn’t referred to the support forums, but they were semi-helpful. I find that on the phone they tell me to use contact us or just keep me on hold forever. I’m loosing interest in big G fast.
